Emergency Policy & Procedures:

If you have a true EMERGENCY situation that could be in any way considered life-threatening, such as the smell of gas, smoke, fire, etc., DO NOT complete this form; evacuate and CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY.  Please contact us after you have called 911 to alert us about the situation. If you notice suspicious activity in the interior or on the exterior of the building, such as someone breaking into an office or vehicle, vandalism, etc. CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY. Please contact us after you have called 911 to alert us about the situation. After Hours ONLY: With regard to a non-911 building emergency (flood, unlocked doors, etc.) please contact the emergency number of the building supervisor: 410-952-5127. If you leave a message you must leave a number where you can be reached straightaway.

Tenant Notices:

  • COVID: AJP’s operating hours have been restored with the exception of Fridays where we are operating with limited staff and hours. Please be patient as we strive to coordinate service to our tenants.  Masking is at the option of the Tenant, but is not required in common area spaces.
    As we head into the fall and winter months and contagious cold season, please practice good hygiene to aid in keeping yourself and others well.
  • AJP requires 24 hours’ notice for tenant contractor appointments that require building access (Comcast, Verizon, etc.)
  • 1130: The rear entrance door does not have a security card reader.  Enter the building after hours or on weekends by swiping your security card at the garage door reader to enter through the garage door.  The rear door will automatically unlock from the inside when you approach it to exit.
  • Please be courteous to tenant customers by keeping visitor and one-hour parking spaces free for their use.
  • Kindly remember cardboard boxes must be broken down prior to putting them in the dumpster.

Properties office via the form to the left or by phone during regular office hours. Please do not contact the Facilities Manager directly.
