Odenton Development Projects

The Odenton Town Center Master Plan outlines the vision, goals and development guidelines for the 1,233 acre Odenton Town Center, originally designated a town center by Anne Arundel County in 1968. It is transit-oriented and centered around the Odenton MARC Station which is the busiest stop on the Penn Line. This heavily trafficked stop serves more than 2,200 riders daily.

AJP, located in the OTC, continues to stay involved with local community groups (Central Maryland Chamber, Odenton Town Center Advisory Committee, Odenton Heritage Society), as well as our elected officials at the local and State level (County Council, County Executive along with the Governor and our State Senators and Congressmen). We have close ties inside the gate at Fort Meade as well. We have the connections to get things done!

A. J. Properties has created this interactive map to show the development activity that has taken place and/or is planned in the Odenton Town Center located in Anne Arundel County.
