Funny how it is – 30 for a personal birthday makes you raise your eyebrows that you’re leaving your younger years behind. When it is a business anniversary however, Longevity, Stalwart, and Steadfast are words that come to mind. Oh, and Pride – pride in the ability to adapt over the decades to stay relevant and engaged.

Well we are proud to say A. J. Properties is celebrating our 30th Anniversary and we have you to thank! It was begun in 1983 to manage land holdings owned by the Winer Family back when they operated the former Nevamar Plants (now Academy Yard). Our offices are located just down the road in the 1908 historic WB&A Dispatcher’s Tower at Naval Academy Junction (in Odenton Town Center). We have history and roots in the Odenton community which you can read in About Us or we’d love you to take a moment to mark our anniversary by sharing a remembrance, story or thought below.
